CCI Mechanical, Inc. has been in business since March 1961. Bonding capacity is $25 million. CCI has never failed to complete a contract, nor has a claim ever been made on its bond. It has successfully completed over $600 million of mechanical work.

CCI's average annual volume is approximately $35 million. 

CCI provides one-source responsibility that includes professional engineering, construction of complete mechanical systems by its own forces as well as mechanical system service and maintenance. The only work subcontracted is insulation.

All warranty and service work will be done by the CCI Mechanical Service organization which has radio-dispatched technicians on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CCI employs a professional engineering staff including professional engineers, designers and AutoCAD drafters.

CCI employs a full-time safety director. Our 2007 EMR is .62. Our current incident rate is 1.43*

All CCI employees have been drug tested. Pre-employment, Random, Post Accident and Reasonable Suspicion tests are mandatory for every employee.

CCI has a $1 million Engineers Professional Liability Policy which has been in force since 1982.
